That night, Sarah went to bed dressed in just the underwear that Jon had become.
About three in the morning, Sarah's body squirmed, as if she were waking up. But she wasn't awake. Jon was. He didn't know how it was possible, but he had control over Sarah's body. He couldn't talk or make noises or anything, but her could move her legs and arms.
He made Sarah's body get out of bed and walk around the room, making her look like she was sleepwalking.
When Sarah awoke the next morning, Jon discovered that he had lost control over her body. He didn't know how it could be happening, but he didn't care. He planned on taking over her body again the next time she went to sleep. Even if he couldn't make wishes with the stone, he could at least deliver it to Karyn. Jon's future suddenly seemed a little less grim.
He only hoped that the next time Sarah slept that she still wore him as her underwear.
