The light came on as Sarah got home that evening, studying her new acquisition. Jon made a cute white bear, with his little bow.
Somehow she wondered if it was wrong to keep people as toys, but Jon had been a fairly offensive sort of guy. She'd do something to control that, but in the meantime...
Mrs Bunny was serving some tea, of which Jon had drunk several cups. Miss Sarah was there too wearing a sweet red dress and shoes with long stockings.
"Will you be settling down here, Mr Bear?" inquired Miss Sarah.
"Only till Emily and I can find a place of our own...," said Jon's voice. "In the meantime, I might look for work with the Railways"
Emily twitched her fluffy ears and hopped over to hold his paw. It was wonderful to realise he'd met the girl of his dreams...
