Sarah's mouth goes dry as she picks up the stone. She had only hoped she would get this far, and while sure, she was limited in what she could wish for, she was only limited by her imagination in how she could wish for it.
"First of all." Sarah begins. "I wish I knew how Aggie and Karen wished this on me."
Zoe clenches her fists nervously as Sarah closes her eyes. Sarah saw a scene of the two laughing gleefully as they pulled up her facebook picture. "So that's how..." Sarah muttered.
"What's how?" Zoe interjected.
Sarah ignored her. "I can't reverse a wish." She says to herself. "But I can reinterpret it..."
"And what does that mean? You mean you can't fix this."
"Quiet. I'm thinking."
Zoe shuts up, but bounces nervously in her cross legged position. The bed is wobbling in response and Sarah glares at her. "Zoe I'm trying to think."
"S-sorry." She sits still.
"If I can reinterpret it... and they didn't directly wish it on me, then..." Her eyes flit open. "First, I wish that my braces were coming off this weekend." She sighs. "It'd be too hard to make it so that I never wore them, but at least this way I don't have to deal with them."
"I can see that..." Zoe nods appreciatively.
"Next," Sarah continues, "I wish that Zoe had knocked on Aggies door, getting Karen's attention right as she made her wish."
"What?!"
Sarah smiles as the familiar flash washes over them. Immediately Sarah feels more at home in her own body and sighs in relief. She glides her hands along her soft flesh, and coos to herself in delight.
"S-Sarah! What did you do?"
She sneers at the new girl sitting before her. She was still cute and feminine, though a bit messier and slightly more androgynous. She was actually a very convincing, and had probably started even sooner than Sarah had in her life. "I fixed it."
"Well fix me!" Zoe shouts
Athena's voice interupts the pair. "Is everything ok in there?"
A thought of Melody goes through Sarah's mind as Athena speaks and a wicked smile grows on Sarah's face. "Ok... I'll fix you... I wish that you were Athena's hot submissive lesbian lover." The flash washed over them as she chuckled. In a round about way, she WAS being nice and fixing things. Sarah remembered how great it felt when Melody winked at her, well now Athena and Zoe could share that any day, any time. Sarah stood up with the stone as she prepared to make her exit.
"Sarah! How could you!" Zoe looks at her body in distress, then cries out "ATHENA!"
The next thing Sarah sees is stars as a sharp blow to the back of her head knocks her to her knees. She glances around the room dazed, and spies a pale white hand picking up the stone. She reaches out for it, but the hand slaps her own away... She didn't know what to expect when she looked up, but it wasn't this. Apparently when she wished that Zoe was submissive, it also made Athena dominant. The girl that stood before her was a veritable goth goddess; Pale and proud, carrying herself with a cool confidence.
She looked down at Sarah calmly, pocketed the stone, and then began to rub her right palm. Sarah could see crimson beginning to bead on her knuckle. Apparently Athena had struck her pretty hard. "I think you should leave now." She said calmly. Sarah drew herself to her fullest height, coming eye to eye with Athena and met her gaze.
Zoe threw a pillow at her. "Go! You Bitch!" tears were already forming in the girls eyes, and when Athena saw this, a fury began to build on her placid features. Sarah bit her bottom lip and made a hasty exit. She had done it. She was back to normal. A quick glance in a mirror on her way out showed her that her braces were now alternating pink and white instead of rainbow colored as well. She was probably straight again. She might even be Biff's girlfriend again. As she walked home tears of relief began to flow from her eyes even as tears of anguish built up in Zoe's.
