Jen's hand wrapped around Karyns. The former tomboy looked at her girlfriend askance.
"While I want to wish more wonderful things, wouldn't it be fun to see how this world works before we mess up with it some more?"
Karyn really wanted to just blurt out a wish. Just wanted to do it! But Jen's flushed face, and her cute pout - oh, it was too much!
"Okay," She sighed, giving the stone to Jen for safekeeping. "We go to class and then we wish for something fun."
Jen pressed her lips a moment. Her hand wrapped around the stone, feeling it there, before reluctantly putting it the pocket on her left breast. Why had she wanted to make a wish so much even after what she said to Karyn?
"Yeah. Yeah... Good plan."
