Sarah really considered not getting speech chips for Jon and Karyn. She was worried that if they could talk they would do something stupid like say what really happened, but she realized there would be no real gain for them if they did. The doctor of course wouldn't believe the tale of a magical wish stone they no longer had and all it would really achieve is probably convince the doctor their minds are toast and he would get them pulled from the study. Once the process has concluded we will grow you a genetic copy of all of your missing organs and re-implant them in you along with your original ovaries."
Sarah was a bit shocked to hear that her actual lady parts had just been thrown out in the trash, but figured as long as the new ones they grew for her were exact copies, she would get over it.
Sarah then heard and felt her Jon vagina speak, it was a bit slurred but Sarah could make out, "How will you regrow our bodies? Will we regrow to full size again?"
Dr. Osterhagen looked at Jon and replied, "Well, once the cellular and genetic restoration process has completed, I will inject you with the restoration compound. You will soon begin to increase in mass, and Sarah's abdomen will swell as you increase in size. She will appear as though she were quite pregnant but instead of growing a human inside her uterus, in reality her whole reproductive system would be itself transforming into a human body. Once your vital organs have regrown you will be removed and placed back into the same incubation and support chambers you were in during the final stages of Vulvafication. After about 4 weeks you would be 'human' enough to be released. As far as your age the control compound along with your own cellular memory would guide your growth to approximately the same age you were before. Although you may end up physically being slightly older or younger. But if you were worried about coming out as babies again I can assure you that is not the case!"
Dr. Osterhagen then looked at Sarah and said, "As for you Sarah we would implant your new sex organs as soon as we removed your 'guest' ones. You would be able to go home and start using them normally within 12 hours."
After a few more simple questions Sarah thanked the doctor and got redressed. Jon and Karyn protested a bit at being put back in her panties, but they knew she couldn't walk around naked all the time. Walking back out into the waiting room Sarah could see Susan was gone, apparently the nurse finally got her and her vagina husband in for the check up. In their place were three more people however. On the left there was a young woman and an odd looking shorter young man. The man was wearing heavy clothing but Sarah could tell he didn't look quite right. Sarah was beginning to regret the speech chips. She looked down at her groin and said, "Look guys, I know this sucks but I can't go without peeing for two years! With her complaining organs reluctantly agreeing, Sarah then sat on the seat and released her urine.
