"You're looking great today babe," Biff smiled as he started up his convertible. Jon's legs looked incredible in his miniskirt, and his lips were so inviting. The way his eyes sparkled. The faint smell of bubblegum that followed him wherever he was. His little laugh whenever he got confused. All of it made Biff's heart flutter. It took him awhile to get Jon to agree to go out with him, and he didn't want to mess it up. Biff couldn't even remember when he last felt like this. Was it nervousness?
Jon just giggled and kept chewing his bubblegum. He didn't know how to feel, Biff was always terrible to him up until two days ago, and now he was looking at him in a way no one has ever looked at him before. It was... nice? Yes, there was want in those eyes. A primal urge. But also something different. Something that said his day has been improved by being in Jon's presence, and that he could talk about anything and it would be met with nothing less than delight and interest. It was complete attention. Is this what it was like to be popular?
"So... where are we headed?" Jon asked. He
"Oh, I was thinking we could head bowling? I think that could be fun?" Biff seemed almost uncertain. Wait! He was looking for approval!
"Uh huh sounds cool," Jon said cheerfully. No matter what else has happened because of these ridiculous wishes, it felt good to hold some sort of power over Biff for once. On the bright side, it seemed like his lisp he had from the tongue stud yesterday has disappeared. Maybe his new body was used to it being in there?
As they drove, Biff kept taking glances over at his passenger. Jon was checking his makeup in his new compact mirror he had found in his purse. He had to admit, he looked really good today.
"How is Karyn doing?" Biff asked.
"Hmm? Oh Kar-bear is doing good, we should be meeting up later today." Jon hoped she wouldn't make anymore crazy wishes though. Actually, he should really watch what he says around Biff. The less people know the better.
"Great. My buddies always ask about her, if she's ever looking for a date I could vouch for some of the guys."
Jon pouted. Nobody should date Karyn but him! Like, just because he's on a date with the school hunk doesn't mean they weren't meant for each other. "I'll see I guess."
Biff inwardly cursed. He had said something to upset her, he could see it. Idiot! He was never clever enough to know when he said the wrong thing. Sarah always said that. It would be best to shut up, and maybe he could salvage the rest of the date.
As they drove, Jon noticed his phone was quite a bit more active than usual. A lot of messages from girls around school that he's never talked to before
Lisa: hope the date goes well hun xo
Frizz: you should totally kiss him, I would hehe
Tiffany: remember, swallow don't spit
And just as many messages from one specific person, although they had a slightly different tone than the rest.
Sarah: if I see u 2day, u r dead bitch!
