"Sarah, please! You don't realize what you've done! We're stuck this way forever!" shouted Jon telepathically.
"What do you mean? I was just going to keep you like this for a few weeks until I got tired of it."
"No, you don't understand! I made the same mistake with my hair and breasts! I accidentally gave myself big boobs and blonde hair with the stone. Unless you specify a time period when you first make the wish, it lasts forever!"
Sarah's smug smirk vanished. For the first time in a long while, she realized the effect that her actions had on other people. She had only meant to humiliate Jon and Karyn, not ruin their lives! A tear rolled down her cheek as the reality of her situation sunk in.
