This morning the alarm had gone off at 6 am once again. As with the day before Lauren wanted to turn around and go back to sleep. On Tuesday she had the option to do so as the car was not going to be delivered until 10 am. This fact had allowed her a bit longer in what was an extremely comfortable bed. That part of living in the teacher condo she could get very used to. She had turned the radio on as with the night before she wanted to hear the news. Last night she had time to watch it on the TV but this morning this was not the case, so she would settle for listening to it instead. In her shower, she wondered why she had taken such an interest in the news over the last few days. She assumed it must be something that she had picked up from Lonna. This was not the worst trait she could have picked up.
Once again she knew that she must pick from Lonnas’ closet. Did that woman not own a single pair of pants she thought as she lay that day's outfit on the bed. She could she looking once again that she did but for some reason, they did not seem like something to wear to work. She sat down at the vanity to start putting on her makeup for the day ahead. Up until yesterday, this had not been part of her morning ritual like a lot of this that she had to do now just to get herself ready for the day ahead. She stopped just as quickly as she had begun. There was something different about her eyes. She was sure that she had not had almond-shaped eyes on Monday morning before all this had started but she did this morning.
This had to be something else that she had picked up from Lonna. She had noticed that she also now seemed to have straight black hair, instead of her normal brown hair. She looked closer at her own body and could find no other visible changes. She needed to speak to Lonna when she got to work if she could. Deciding that there was nothing that she could do about these latest changes she sat back down at the vanity and finished putting on her makeup, well it was going on her face that morning so it was hers.
She stopped at looked at herself in the mirror once she had finished getting dressed. The classic combination of a white shirt paired with a chic black skirt ensemble seemed to accentuate her figure, it seamlessly blended professional attire with a touch of casual flair. The high heels that she had chosen added an extra layer of sophistication. The accessories tastefully with a handbag complemented her outfit perfectly.
Her posture, standing confidently, along with her attire, suggested a setting that might be part of a professional photo shoot, designed to capture the essence of contemporary fashion. The fashion elements in the image, from clothing to footwear, are meticulously chosen, showcasing a rich understanding of fashion design and the current trends in fashion modeling.
She knew that this was not how she usually thought about fashion it was another Trait that she had picked up from Lonna. That girl had a lot to answer for. Wait had she just thought of her teacher as a girl, did this mean her age had changed again? She had found Lonna's driving license yesterday she had needed to present her ID before she was allowed to sign for the car. She made her way to where she had left the handbag she had been using yesterday and opened it. She opened her wallet and found the offending article, it now showed a date of birth of February 06.1998. Oh great she had lost another four years to this thing she thought as she leaned against the wall.
She had no idea how old Lonna had been before their exchange but it seemed that she may end up being that old at least before all this was over. Was the same thing happening to Lonna instead of growing old was she getting younger? This was yet another thing that she would need to ask her when they met up.
