After heading off the stage after their act, Lola and Deshana walked past their dressing room (which they always went to after stripping) and then straight to Bubba's office. During their dancing, they realized what they had to do and that was to steal the stone from Bubba.
They entered the office, seeing that no one was there. Delighted, they closed the door, then began to search for the stone. It wasn't hard to find. They guessed that Bubba didn't think anyone would take it from him. He was wrong.
Lola took it out of their boss' desk, then the both of them left the room and headed back to their dressing room.
They hoped that Bubba wouldn't notice that it was missing until after they headed home. Since they couldn't use the stone, they couldn't protect themselves from any punishment he'd give them, if he figured that they were the ones who took it. Yes, he couldn't change them in any way with the stone, but that didn't mean that he couldn't punish them by any other means.
