About half an hour later Pete was back at the bar. He was a little surprised to see Steven there until he explained that he was feeling a bit rough after last night. Pete looked at the clock and was shocked to find that he was at the bar with over an hour to go before his shift started. “Since I have some time to kill I might as well have a drink,” he said to Steven as he asked for an orange juice. Pete finished his drink and was about to order another when Steven leaned over to him and whispered something into his ear.
At that moment Pete stopped moving toward the bar. “Pete did you do what I asked you to when I called you this afternoon” Steven asked him. “yes I did everything I was instructed to” came his reply. “Good good now I have some more instructions for do you understand” Steven went on to say. “Yes I understand” Pete replied. “Very well then you will follow Jenny and do what she says until I tell you otherwise” Steven continued.
Jenny came over. “Are sure John said that this was ok?” she asked. “You can ask him if you want he is in the office,” Steven told her. “No that’s all right I don't need to. Come on Pete follow me she said turning towards Pete and leading him to the staff changing rooms in the back of the bar. “I'm still not sure if this is a good idea or not but hey they are paying me to do this so why not,” she told him. “It's not as if you are going to complain about this well at least not at the moment” she went on to say.
They reached the changing rooms where the staff changed into their uniforms. The bar had only just decided to have the staff keep their uniforms on the premises so that they would always have a uniform to wear when they were on their shift. Jenny turned to Pete and said this way as she held open the door to the female changing rooms knowing in advance that they would be the only two in the room.
“Strip down to your underwear” she commanded him. As Pete took off his shirt he revealed a cream bra and a matching pair of panties. Jenny looked at the underwear still a little shocked that he was wearing it even though she had been told what to expect. For his part, Pete did not remember putting it on when he got dressed after his second shower of the day. He continued to undress taking off his shoes and socks. He unfastened his belt and took off his pants. He stood there in his underwear and awaited Jenny’s instruction.
“Now put these on,” Jenny told him as she handed him a pair of nude pantyhose to put on which he did with no resistance whatsoever. “Now this” she continued handing him a uniform that matched her own. She then went to her locker and removed a few spare pairs of pantyhose that she kept there and placed them in the empty cups of the bra that Pete was wearing. Next, she handed him a small black tie. This was smaller than the one he usually wore as part of his uniform and yet again matched Jenny's uniform. “Put this on,” She told him. Once again Pete did as instructed.
“Sit down,” she told Pete as she pulled out a chair for him. Pete still under the instructions from Steven sat down with little delay. Jenny then proceeded to put makeup on his face which she had taken again from her locker. She then handed Pete two black court shoes with a one-inch heel and once more he put them on with no resistance.
Trying hard not to laugh at her co-worker she turned to him and said “Follow me” leading him back towards Steven and the front of the bar.
Back out front, Steven was also finding it hard not to laugh at his friend as he came towards him. “Here he/she, it is,” said Jenny. “I've got to get back to work” “Now Pete this is your uniform for tonight you will not think it strange that you are the only man wearing it” “It is a test run to see if the uniform is ok for everyone to wear” “For tonight and tonight only unless I tell you different you will use the female changing rooms and locker 69 to change into your nonwork clothes after your shift” “When I count to 10 you will be your normal self again but remember everything I have told you it is true for you,” Steven told his friend remembering what Bob had said to Pete during their meeting in the dressing room the night before. He figured if worked then it would work now.
After Steven finished counting to 10, Pete stood there for a minute blinking before saying “Sorry Steven can't chat with you anymore I have to get to work.” “No problem I have to get going anyway see you at 12.30 at the end of your shift then we can hit the clubs” was Steven's reply.
“Great see you then,” said Pete as he went to get his pre-shift briefing from John in the office where he joined all the staff male and female who were on duty that night.
He took his place next to the guys who were wearing the old uniform with the black pants. He had found it funny to start with that only he and the girls wore the unisex uniform but he had grown used to it no and it no-longer bothered him. For some reason, a lot of the staff were smiling as he walked into the office, but no one would tell him what the joke was, The briefing lasted about ten minutes then he and everyone else headed out to start their shift.
