Confirming that he was alone, Jon immediately said "I wish that Sarah McMillan can't make anymore wishes with this stone." Then there was the glow that accompanied a granted wish, filling Jon with some long-awaited relief. It was as if a giant weight had been lifted from him. What he and Karyn (now Ethel) had to go through the last few weeks was sheer torture. And now it was finally over.
"What the hell are you doing?" Sarah suddenly asked.
Jon turned and looked at the cheerleader bitch and smiled. "Just using my stone. You know, the wishing stone that you stole from me and used to turn me, Karyn, and a bunch of others into freaks?"
"Drop it," Sarah ordered.
"Sorry, Sarah," Jon said, not really sorry. "Without the stone, all your threats are empty ones."
Sarah suddenly looked terrified. "What ... what are you going to do?"
Jon smiled, then tossed her the stone.
She caught it, but then became puzzled. "Wait, why did you just give it to me?" She looked down at the stone, then back up at Jon. Did it matter why? She had the stone again, that's all that mattered. And now that she had it, she was gonna use it!
Sarah glared at Jon, saying "I'll teach you for breaking into my locker. I wish you were as fat as Big Ethel." But nothing happened. "What the hell?"
"You can't use the stone, Sarah," Jon said, with a victorious smile. "Your reign of terror is over."
"Yeah? Well, we'll see about that," she said, before turning and running out of the locker room with the stone.
Jon suddenly became worried. He made it so that she couldn't make wishes with the stone, but she obviously had thought of something that Jon hadn't. But what? He followed her out of the locker room and into the gym. And that's when he spotted her running towards one of her friends. No! She was gonna get one of her friends to wish for her! Why didn't he just wish that Sarah couldn't touch the stone instead? Or make it so that Sarah didn't want to use the stone?
It looked like Sarah's reign of terror might not have been over after all. But there was still a chance to stop her. He'd just have to stop whoever she gave the stone to from making a wish. If only he were in better shape, he'd be able to cut Sarah off quicker.
