Sarah came around the corner with Mike Scholly and Rich Hunter following her with her books. Mike and Rich had been Vera and Suzy's boyfriends only yesterday, but when they saw the two transformed girls they wrinkled-up their noses in disgust.
Sarah looked suprised, then smiled and said "Hi, Jon! I see you, your girlfriend Ethel and Vera and Suzy are getting to know each other. So...what have you naughty people been talking about, Hmmm?
Ethel stammered out a nervous "Nothing, Sarah! We were just talking about... unpopular thing's! Chess and stuff!"
Sarah smiled and shook her head. "Boys, would you take my books to class - I have something to talk with Jon and his friends about!"
As Mike and Rich walked on, Sarah turned back on them and said "Your a liar, Karyn - or should I say Big Ethel. I wished that I'd know when you of Jon lied to me. Do you know how much I hate being lied to?"
Ethel, Vera and Suzy began to tremble. Jon started to grab Sarah but she said "I wish that Jon couldn't move untill I tell him to!" and he found himself rooted to the spot! Sarah pointed at Ethel and said, smiling "I wish you had dropped out of school in the ninth-grade and you worked in the cafateria as a lunch-lady!"
Ethel's clothes became the same frumpy gray dress all the lunch ladies wore and her hair was pinned-up into a bun and covered with a plastic hair-catch. She vanished and reappeared in the lunchroom, slinging mashed potato's onto a students plate.
Then she turned to Vera Clarke " I wish that Vera Clarke had also quit shool in the ninth-grade, and that she works in the X-rated movie theatre down town."
Vera also vanished and reapeared at the Redhouse behind a ticket booth. a dirty old man asked "One for 'Cherry's Big Adventure', miss." Vera sighed, looked at her unattractive face in the mirror, and said "That'll be six bucks, fella'."
Next she pointed at Suzy Blair and said "I wish Suzy Blair was an obnoxious, bible-thumping boor who was picketting the Redhouse right now."
Suzy's clothes became even more frompy and covering and her hair, still frizzy and orange, was loose and flying about her head. She had several cross's around her neck and held a huge bible in her hands. She appeared outside the Redhouse with a dozen other people marching with signs. She began to shout "This is a VILE den of CORUPTION and the LORD says it MUST be shutdown NOW!" The others chanted "No more filth! No more filth!" as they marched. Suzy saw Vera through the ticket booth and , for a moment, hope flared in her heart. She and Vera had been best friends all their lives!
She walked over to the ticket booth and tried to say hello. What came out was "Vile BITCH! You do the work of the DEVIL!" and she spat at her!
Vera wanted to stop herself, but she flipped Suzy off and screeched "FUCK YOU, SKANK!"
Sarah turned towards Jon and said "Now, Jonny-poo. What do I do with you?"
