"It looks like I've got a bit of a problem. You see, if I just tell everyone who my Mom is, nobody's going to believe me. And Jon's going to have trouble convincing people he's a girl, if he ever changes again. Of course I could wish to fix those problems, but I had something different in mind. I wish, Sarah, that whenever someone will listen, you'd explain exactly what you did to Jon and to Mom, and exactly who I am. I wish you'd do this without making excuses for yourself, and I wish that when you explain it to someone, they will believe you're telling the truth. Finally, I wish that do whatever we ask you and never hurt us or try to take the stone--even with someone else's help. In fact, I wish nobody would hurt us or try to take the stone."
Katheryn finished. Sarah, shivering, asked "Is that all?"
"I think it's quite fitting," said Katheryn. "You hurt Mom and Jon, but nothing really that permanent. In fact, a lot of it is just embarassment. So I thought it's fair that you get a little bit of embarassment yourself. I know your parents aren't strict, but even so, I wonder what they would have to say about making someone pregnant."
"Go home," said Karyn.
Sarah's face developed into a snarl, but helplessly, she turned to the side and walked down the street, towards her home.
"Wow," said Karyn. "You're a wonderful daughter, you know..."
"Thanks, Mom."
