Smiling menacingly, the leader said "I'll forget that you seem to know too much about that Foundry for now. It turns out that they were not heading to that one. Their cab was driving through our territory. We arranged for a little traffic accident. "I might have been striped of my officer position as chief of security, but our clans are still part of the coalition. Do you know what the fuck you have just done!?" I demanded. He did not look concerned in the slightest. "We have already made preparations and fortified the clan building. No human can survive going down there. We'll make sure to kill any AEP units you send as well. Give us the money we need." he said calmly. I looked over at the general. "Did you know that my son was kidnapped all of this time!?" I shouted at him. He tilted his head. "If we knew they were traveling, we would have just picked them up ourselves. It was only when they went on the move this way that we realized that they were coming here." the general said. I sighed deeply. "Give them back to me or I am going to take your whole clan out right now." I warned them all seriously.
Knowing that I was not playing around, the leader's smile fell. He said "They can go as soon as you transfer the funds." I stood up and said "Okay. You need to give them back right the fuck now!" The general looked at me and said "Looks like they won't. What are we going to do about it?" He looked pretty smug. I looked back at them and said "If they are going to give them all back to me, it's water under the bridge." The leader stood up as said "You humans really need to know what your place is." I just looked at him. He then pulled out a cellphone. "Release the hostages." he said. I could see members of their clan walk up to them. 02 was unplugged. Shepard was also untied and ungagged. He then hung up the phone. "Now that they are free, get the fuck out of my clan building. Luckily, all of you can leave in peace without being totally slaughtered." They got up and began walking out of the room. That was when Brett came into the room. One of the AEP units asked him for the money. He shrugged and said "Sure." He instantly transferred the money to them. Everyone looked at them in shock.
It was pretty outrageous. Even the AEP unit looked pleasantly surprised. The general drew his gun and aimed it at the AEP unit. "You are fucking insane if you think you guys are getting out of here with that money!" he said. It was pretty crazy. The AEP units flashed their armor plating. I rolled my eyes and said "You need to go and settle this somewhere else. Brett is the vice leader of the clan. He outranks me here." The general looked at him and said "Do you know what the hell they are going to do with the damn money!? They are going to make an XX-frame." Brett just shrugged his shoulders at him. "We have 3 of them. More are on the way. We can swat them out of the sky when they arrive." It was true. Rolling my eyes, I said "They kidnapped 02 and Shepard in order to blackmail me. I stood strong and got them to back down. Now these guys are going to come and bother us for money every single time. Do you know how annoying that is going to be?" I complained. Brett just said "I'll handle it next time." I tilted my head. "No.... please tell me that you're not thinking on fucking them." I said.
