Her name was Anna Janelly. This was her first time playing FOG. Her brother had bought it the week before nonstop. Of course, that meant his grades took a big hit. So much so that he got grounded for the month. All of her grades were fine, so she was allowed to play it. Because she knew that this was a temporary thing, Anna was not ready concerned about how her character looked. She just wanted to hang out and maybe date some cute boys and go on an adventure or two. That sneeze was not out of nowhere. Her brother never cleaned his room. He had simply acclimated himself to all the dirt and dust floating around. Anna clearly hadn't. Now that the world was now loading in, she was forced to go along with it. To be entirely fair, Anna did not care about her looks in the game. That was why she pressed the randomizer button in the first place. She probably would have given a once over to ensure there were not major deformities or anything going on. When the world loaded in, she was outside of a high school. She shrugged and went through the gate. Anna seemingly belonged here.
The first thing she did was to go to the girl's bathroom and look at herself in the mirror. That would be the quickest and easiest way to see what she looked like in this big game world. She walked up the sink and took a long look at herself. Anna had red hair in the real world. She plain jane there and now she was a plain jane here. There was nothing wrong with not being drop dead gorgeous. But being just average was not super amazing either. That was no her though, so Anna had no real reason to complain. Anna sighed and began washing her hands, noticing that there were other girls in the bathroom with her. She did not want to be seen as that weirdo that just looks at themselves all day. While she was doing that, the other girls continues with their gossip. "Have you seen Hannah lately? We haven't even gotten our results yet and she's strutting around with a collar." one of them said. "I know right!? Like, calm down already. If you're an omega, you don't have to flaunt it around." The third girl chuckled. "Tell us you're a massive slut without telling us you're a massive slut." she said.

Anna honestly had no clue what they were talking about. Luckily there was a in-game encyclopedia. She was then able to learn all about the environment that she was in now. In this world, there were 2 sexes like normal: male and female. There were also 4 secondary sex characteristics: sigma, alpha, beta and omega. That meant that there were 8 possible genders here. Betas were regular people. Omegas were extremely fertile and attractive due to natural pheromones. Both male and female omegas could get pregnant. This lead them to going into heat for 3 days every month. Alphas were gifted from birth with talent and good looks. Both the male and female alphas could impregnate people. Alphas also had pheromones that dominated others. They accomplished this by triggering fight, flight or freeze instincts in omegas or weak willed betas. Sigmas were the pinnacle of humanity. Their strong pheromones could trigger heat-like symptoms in even alphas and betas. The breakdown in the society was 1:19:70:10. Most people in society were a beta. Only 1 in a 100 people were a sigma.
