"Wait, just a moment!" Jon said, halting Karyn's advances.
John pried the rock from karyn's fingers. "I need to make a wish here! I think I know a wish that if phrased correctly will be consistant with the rules of the stone and allow me to undo the damage done. I wish that all wishes made by the rock since I first got it would wear off now and everything would be as it was before!" There was a strange rippling of reality and then things changed. Since Jon's wish now placed a time frame on all the wishes and did not go against any wish exept permanent wishes, any wish made now should have worn off.
