"What do you mean; another planet?" Karyn blinked and shook her head. "I mean; you vanish without a trace; then pop back and suggest we play like we're on Star Trek?"
I stepped back. "Sorry. I was transported to a world some previous holder of the rock created with a wish. I think it'll be a very interesting place to explore; but I have more information in a safe place." I smiled. "How would you like to have a picnic under three moons?"
"Three moons?" Karyn shook her head again. "I thought your Grandfather found the rock in some Incan ruins? How does that fit your world."
I shrugged. "His note said he found it somewhere in South America. Perhaps he meant a flea market. Or perhaps in the last owner's hiding place. If you want; I think we could wish up the rock's history in a book ..."
Karyn looked into my eyes; then smiled. "That won't be necessary. You suggested a picnic?"
