Danielle had pretty strict parents. They did not want her sleeping at anyone's house if they had not met the parents first. Noah called in advance and got permission for a sleepover. All three of them were allowed to stay. To get the permission, he left out that they would be the only boys there. It would look really suspicious if he was the only one that came back home. Noah was not planning on trying anything with the other girls there. He was focused on Danielle at the moment. He was not in any need to rush like Maroon or Cinnabar. They could lose their autonomy and disappear if they did not have their Lock powers constantly active. For Noah, it was just a matter of having a girlfriend to go on dates with and hang out. Noah walked Danielle down the block to send her off safely. "It was good food." she said. Noah nodded. "Are we still on for Wednesday?" he asked. She nodded. "I'm looking forward to it." she said. He waved at her as she began walking towards her home. Noah turned back and went inside Mary's apartment. Everyone was doing homework together. Noah got all his out fast.
It took them an hour to get it all finished. After that, it was already 10o'clock. Mary looked at Cinnabar. "It's getting late out. We have some sleeping bags and some spare sheets. The girls can stay in the guest room. Do you guys think you can stay here in the living room?" she asked. "Yeah. We can do that." he answered. Mary got up and went to the pantry to get everything ready. She brought them two sleeping bags. The couch was long enough for one of them on their own. The other sheets and pillows would be placed in the guest room. Greta looked at the girls and said "Let's just call it a night then. I want to get on with this." All the girls aside from Jane got up. Jane was still leaning on Maroon. "Jane!?" Greta called for her. "Jane. You have to go sleep in the guest room. We're going to camp out here." Maroon said calmly. Jane only looked from him to Greta. "Don't worry. We'll all be here for you if you get scared at night or something." he said. That was when Jane got up. "Good night Maroon." she said. "Good night." Maroon responded. Cinnabar and Noah wished the girls a good night too.
The boys played rock paper scissors to see who was going to get the couch. Mary did not give them pillows so the losers would be on the hard floor all night. It was very important to win. Maroon ended up on top. There was not much to do anymore, so they turned out the lights. He was on the couch with a thin sheet in his blue star boxer briefs and white t-shirt. Noah was in the sleeping bag closest to the television and Cinnabar was on the opposite side of the couch. They had gotten to sleep quickly as they were not very picky about things like that. Sometime during the night, Cinnabar was shook awake. He jolted and looked from side to side. It was Mary looking down on him in the dark. "Are you Cinnabar?" she asked quietly. He nodded slowly and looked at her in confusion. She took him by the hand and said "Come with me. I want to show you something." Cinnabar nodded eagerly. He got out of his sleeping bag and followed her to his room. He was wearing red star boxer briefs his t-shirt was black. It would be very clear that Cinnabar was totally rock hard if it was not as dark in the hallway.
