Scarlet and Crimson seemed to be doing well. They had been bored hanging around doing nothing but cleaning and watching television in Noah's uncle's apartment. He gathered them up and left for the day. It was certainly a nice thing to see them. The next day was Monday. It meant that they had to go to school. Noah had time to go to the basketball practice. He wanted to show Danielle that he was interested in what she was doing. He did not care about the sport too much honestly. Noah could at least show up to cheer her on. Maroon and Cinnabar went to homeroom. Maroon moved over to Greta, Jane, Mary and Jessica. He looked at Jane and said "Thank you for coming with us for ice cream on Friday." They all turned to look at him. Jane looked really surprised and said "No, thank you. I had fun." "I had fun too." Maroon said in response. Cinnabar joined in the conversation and said "I hope you had as much fun last Friday as I had, Mary." Mary said "Hey, my mom won't be home tonight. She is going on a business trip this week. Maybe you guys should come over." Maroon agreed.
Maroon and Cinnabar would be going. The whole girl group would be there as well. It remained to be seen if Noah would be there too. He could definitely see if Danielle wanted to come as well. If not, Maroon and Cinnabar would be able to handle themselves on their own. When the two made it to homeroom, they were informed of the opportunity. Danielle shrugged. Noah looked at her and asked what that meant. "I have practice after school until the break on Wednesday. You know that. If everyone is fine with waiting up until then, that's okay with me. Hanging out in a group like that was really fun last time." It was fine with Mary. "Maybe we can marathon Hex Vixen to get ready for 5!" she exclaimed in excitement. That did not seem to be too popular of an idea with the others. She chuckled in embarrassment. "We can work it out when we get there." Mary said when she looked at them. Noah just shrugged. He did not mind watching movies. As long as he got closer to Danielle, that would be great. His time studying was lonely and he wanted to put himself out there again. This party was it.
As the day went on, Maroon and Cinnabar excused themselves from the table. Noah looked at them. "We can't do our thing at home today, so we have to do it now when there's no one looking." Cinnabar said nervously. Noah just widened his eyes. "Are you sure!? We are at school right now!" he said in shock. Maroon looked at him and said "We do it all the time. Get in. Do what we have to. Come back." He was very calm about it. "See!? It's simple and easy! We just have to go right now." Cinnabar added before rushing off. Maroon rolled his eyes and followed behind him at a more casual pace. Noah was left by himself for a bit. Both of them seemed to have eaten the majority of their food already. Noah was still only halfway through his meal. The pair of them came back a few minutes before the bell rang. "Did you guys get to do it all?" he asked them. Maroon said "I did it for him and he did it for me. Easy." "I told you we wouldn't have any problems." Cinnabar gloated. Noah rolled his eyes, but he was relieved. It seemed that everything was going to be okay. They would both be just fine.
Even if they did not get any action over at Mary's house, they would not lose their abilities to speak and move freely. That was the most important thing. As soon as they would be able to penetrate someone, they would have all the leverage over them. If they were not boyfriend/girlfriend at that point, they would be afterwards. That was simply the power of a male Lock. It did not mean that any of them wanted to be rapists about it. They would never try to force something that was not there. They did not have to. After what happened to Cinnabar, that was a massive sore spot for them. Noah, Maroon and Cinnabar could definitely wait for a girl to give them permission. It was soon time to leave for the day. School had ended. Noah still had to go look at Danielle's practice. The other's went straight ahead to Mary's house. It was a pretty far distance when walking. "Sorry. Usually Mom drops me off on her way to work." Mary said to them when they finally arrived. She looked a bit gloomy when saying that. "I don't mind." Maroon said. "No problem. Exercise is good." Cinnabar said to cheer her up.
