Tommy said "I'm an Advocate. I'm never going to hurt humans for being curious. I already have received all the best upgrades from your lab Brianne." Tommy manifested his golden Sonic organ. "I don't think I'll have too much trouble dissuading them from poking me without my consent." he said confidently. Fair enough. If they were crazy enough to take him on, Tommy could pacify them. "I guess at this point there is nothing else to do other than to call in Sonic Clan. I don't even have to steal you away." I said happily. "You were going to steal Tommy!?" Marion snapped. He was not happy from the sound of it. "Are you insane!?" Nancy added. "Of course I would rescue him! He's an ally. If he was actually unhappy here then we would hit the facility and get him back to his clan. Since he was a pile of ooze, they couldn't hack his chest port anyway." Tommy frowned as a hand covered his left pec muscle. "That would have been really scary. I wasn't able to do anything in my primordial form." "You mean like when they synched up with the cameras in the van?" Terrance asked. "It's their weak point."
All three looked at Tommy. Tommy pouted and said "No. I'm not going to show you." Terrance sidled up to him with a smile. "Of course not! We were never going to ask a friend like you to do something like that." Tommy turned his head away from him with a big huff. It was clear he was being difficult performatively. "In a place like this you have to keep things close to the chest anyway. I get it. After all, you four saved our lives multiple times over." Tommy tilted his head back to Terrance. "Do you really think that?" he asked. It made Terrance smirk. "Duh! We're here to visit you and we even got the generator from Brianne to get you back in shape." he said. "We-well it's not like I like any of you guys more than any other humans near my clan!" Terrance sighed and his head sunk. Tommy began to fidget and point his fingers together for a bit as he looked down. I rolled my eyes. He then said "I mean... it's true that we fought that war together and I value your bravery as humans for facing down enemy units. I guess I can show you if you really want to. As friends and comrades in battle...." he trailed off.
Nancy and Marion just looked confused as Tommy opened his chest port. I could barely believe it. "Wow. Terrance, I knew you had a way with words, but expertly wooing the maiden-hearted Tommy..." I complimented. Terrance gave me a look. "I guess. If only Tommy were a real human maiden." he said. "You know what they are. Ask him to change gender for you sometime." I teased. "I don't think we will take it that far. We know Tommy as Tommy. I don't think friends make friends change that drastically on a whim." Marion said with finality. I decided it was time to stop. "Do you want to call in Sonic Clan now?" I asked Tommy. He nodded and said "If I had a phone I could contact them." Nancy handed him hers. He took out the red wire and connected it. He then pressed the call button. The voice of the leader could be heard. "03? Have you escaped the humans!? Where are you!?" the leader demanded. "I'm safe. I am in the custody of three investigators." They then had a quick debrief. The clan leader was convinced to meet with government officials at their large safehouse. It was a night club.
