Anna sniffled, consigned to her fate and awaiting her doom.
Doom and Fate had other plans however as the crowd stopped just before her. The group had stopped for some rigid curiosity.
"Wait a second, if one of us becomes Anna, does that mean Anna will no longer be Anna?"
"Don't be absurd, we'll be Anna also! We will think Anna, act Anna, be Anna! It will be wonderful!"
"No wait- that's horrible! If all of us are Anna than how will we know who the TRUE Anna is?"
"The hell are you talking about, we'll all be and it'll be great."
"No, but hear me out. If we all become Anna than none of us will be Anna. Except Anna."
"But we'll still have the original Anna won't we?"
"Well yeah, but we won't even know which is the original! What if we we worship a fake? It'll ruin everything!"
"She'd right, the more Anna there is the less of our precious Anna we really have. She needs to stay pure! One Anna for life!"
"It would be almost criminal to not let her be an individual."
"Maybe only one of us can be Anna? Or two, or just a few! That won't be so bad, right?"
"Than who gets to be Anna? We cannot have too many or it'll ruin the point."
"NO! ANNA MUST BE PURE! IF I BECOME ANNA I'LL JUST BE AN IMPOSTER. WE'LL ALL JUST BE IMPOSTERS! I WON'T LET THE SACRED ANNA BE DEFILED BE THESE DESIRES!"
"Must be Anna, want to be Anna, Anna Anna Anna. SHUT UP! All of you, stop if you want but I'm becoming Anna!"
"He's trying to become Anna- STOP HIM!"
The mob quickly turned on itself and started to tear at it's own members, force with arguments, than shouts and finally with blows. It was in their chaos that they failed to notice the actual Anna had crawled away, taken advantage of the situation and left long ago. But with their own disagreements on how one should go about their devotion to "Anna", they'd hardly noticed. Not until one man pointed it out.
"Wait, where'd the original Anna go?"
