Cassie looked on in horror, full of regret but helpless to stop the changes that would follow. His brother's features quickly folded out until they became soft and round, mirroring her own shape. His hair grew out and became black and blond like hers, breasts grew out, hips expanded, an array of physical changes took place and in no time at all her brother was practically- Her! He now looked nearly exactly like her. Almost. If she had said it even one more time the change might be complete and he'd be completely indistinguishable!
