Changes continue as a matter of perspective

He went upstairs, unaware of the continuing changes. As he thought of ways to change others unknown to him his own change was shifting in and out between his thoughts. When he thought about preppy cheerleaders his heels became chic red heels, sprinters made them comfy flats, and when wondering about the aesthetics of goths they became leathery boots. Eventually they settled back to their former changes and progressed, making his shirt into a flowerly blouse and his hair shapely and auburn red.
