Years of working had taught John that if you wanted to get the right kind of people interested in an area, you had to use the right kind of product. John and his partner Stewart wanted the Rusted Boat Corner to be a beacon for the eventual redevelopment of the area, with the two of them at the top.
John and Stewart knew that the secluded area was perfect for people wishing to practice certain activities without the ever-present eyes from society, while being close enough to the rest of the city to pop-in if you got tired. So they created the Rusted Boat Corner, a fetish hotel catering specifically to roleplay scenarios for couples and singles. The place was staffed by men and women and those in-between who performed their duties with wilful satisfaction as Fetish Models, fulfilling their own, their bosses, and their client's fantasies.
The hotel was to be inaugurated tonight, and John and Stewart had something special planned for the first few to show up.
