Rusted Boat Corner: Hostal

Years of working had taught John that if you wanted to get the right kind of people interested in an area, you had to use the right kind of product. John and his partner Stewart wanted the Rusted Boat Corner to be a beacon for the eventual redevelopment of the area, with the two of them at the top.
It took months of hard work and some loans, but eventually the Rusted Boat Corner opened, becoming the first hostal in the area. Run by John and Stewart and a small team of volunteers, this place would be a venue for the arts and all manner of folk. It would be the secret tourist spot of the city, and with the influx of people it would help others realise what a gem there is, just a stone-throw's away from the lake.
