Clyde had been in the front of the back heading towards the castle that was located where the entrance was, a few others had split off from the group and run seperate ways, why he didn't know but he was too far away to hear their replies as he tried to get them to stick together, with Sherman and Antov right behind him they barreled through the open gate of the castle, finding themselves Inside a courtyard of stone and colorful bricks, the trees were too perfectly shaped and Clyde realized they were not real trees, but lifesized plastic replicas. Spotting three exits he ran for the one to the far left, trying to put as much distance between himself and the chasing dolls as possible.
"Quick, this way!" He called behind him to the two others and ran toward the door. His path was blocked, however as a knight stepped into the doorway,
"Halt! I am the guardian of fire! None may pass without the owner's command!" It said, his armor was red with flames sticking up off the edge that took Clyde a second to realize was simply stickers. The childish part of his mind wished he'd had a awesome knight you like that when he was little, so much cooler than power rangers. The more rational part of his mind told him to turn and break for the other entrances, but they were blocked by toys as well, from the center came two toy soldiers, one male one female, their smiles matching perfectly with their red coats and fuzzy shako hats. The far door was blocked by a troop of jesters who seemed to be jumping and flipping off Invisable walls until Clyde realized they were marionettes, their strings pulling them this way and that in no seemingly ordered patern.
"Back out!" Antov yelled, turning back towards the gate but found it closing now, with four smiling pink dolls skipping forward, a part of Clyde wondered if one of them had been the cute girl, Wendy, or if she was even alive Inside the doll she had been turned into.
"Too late!" Came the voice of Sherman, high and naisily as the toys closed in. "Game over man! Game over!"
As the red knight stepped forward Clyde realized that statement might just be right...
