Chloe decided to go out and see what she could do with her newfound powers. She quickly got changed into a casual ensemble, including a band t-shirt, dark leggings, & her favorite black, zip-up hoodie. She proceeded to do a quick tooth brushing before leaving the house for the mall.
The drive there went quite smoothly & she was able to grab a coffee at her favorite little coffee shop and chill at a nearby table. Chloe slowly enjoyed her coffee as she watched the people go by on their personal business, trying to pick who she would use her sword on first. There were a few potential candidates nearby:
•A woman speaking loudly on the phone disturbing everyone around her and so focused on her conversations, she bumped into several people.
•Two kids running around the mall causing havoc being chased by their clearly overwhelmed mother.
•An attractive, buff juggler entertaining a group of people with his various tricks & stunts.
Before she could select someone, someone started speaking to her:
"Well, well, well! If it isn't Lowly Chloe?!"
"Hello, Veronica" Chloe said begrudgingly.
Veronica is essentially considered the school queen bee, however, due to her self-centered & entitled personality, she doesn't really have anyone to hang out with. She is well endowed & has platinum blonde hair that bounces with every step. She is wearing a pink top & a short skirt, trying to pull any guy in that doesn't know her reputation.
"So what caused you to crawl out of whatever dark corner you were hiding in?" Veronica asked.
"Well I was planning on enjoying some coffee in peace, but that obviously isn't happening."
"Then I guess you don't need that cup anymore." Veronica then snagged the cup and tried to pour it on Chloe's head. Chloe's hand reached for the sword & hit the button, causing time to come to a standstill, thus allowing Chloe to easily avoid the coffee & giving her all the time in the world to decide who to use her new powers on & which powers to use.
