After 3 horrific classes where she'd changed somebody at nearly every turn, she was horrified. The in-process victims like Britney, Aaron, Mel and a football playing student were all sitting at the same seat across the room, giggling, drawing, hugging and expressing themselves loudly if happily. They drew a lot of attention from across the room, and their new appearances didn't distract from that one bit. The only comfort it offered Kate was the fact that nobody was giving mind to the source, herself, for some reason.
Katie sulked and plopped her head down onto the table miserably. Suddenly she got a swift plop on the head, and when she stared up her horror magnified a thousand hold.
"No. N-no, NO. NOOOOOOO!" She cringed, staring back at Zach.
"Yeah, you sort of tugged me across the halls earlier today before we peaked into Lloyd, by which I mean pretty much your locker. Ain't it funny? Well that was a thing. And well uh... Welp." Zachary held his arms back behind his head, more aloof and carefree than usual.
His hair had two light-brown pigtails peaking out, and he was sporting a bright hoop skirt down to his knees with a Green Tee overtop his now considerable girth. Rainbow striped armbands and legwarmers coated his legs and a hint of sassy makeup decorated his face.
"So yeah yeah umm... this happened too. Weird isn't it?" Zach laughed, trying to disuse the sudden terror of Katie seeing her best friend warped so.
"Don't worry, I've been around you for like, ever and am too self-aware for this sorta thing. So I'm not going to start huggling you obscenely or bashing you with kawaii~anime trivia or something cliche and lame like that. Not that you or those things are lame- Well I mean they are but you're not- Well whatever. It ain't for me is all I'm sayin'. You've know I've got your back Katie" He said, well actually patting Katie on the back.
"What are we going to do Zach? At this rate, the whole school is going to be like me by the end of the day, there's got to be a way to fix it!" She lamented, shaking his identical green jacket woefully.
"Oh, I don't know. How'd you even be able to do this anyway, is there something we should be looking for? A genie in a bottle, a magic supervirus, alien intervention. Something dumb like that? Looking for those is usually how they'd solve this in the movies." Zach informed her. She thought on this, and only the strange women that'd come up to her the other day came to mind. Before she could say such, two other faces familiar, and yet now very identical smiling faces giddily budged in.
"Is it okay if we sit here?" Rod and Lloyd asked.
