The night went on painfully. He stayed in his room locked up as his family ate dinner soon, and than drove out, likely to 'shop' as his mother and sister had said. The forceful and terrifying visage of that, child stayed with him in his mind. He messed with his Cologne, trying to find new uses for it, but the best he could find was a formula that would erase one's memory of themselves for 24 hours at first, and another that would erase their identity completely leaving them a blank slate cut off from them 'selves' until he could formulate an antidote. Would they be enough to combat what was happening, could he get into contact with Carol? Should he flee altogether?
