John groaned, as his history lecturer told the class they had a test soon to be unveiled. As the teacher passed out the test, he twaddled his thumbs and with reluctance, pulled out a freshener style cologne filled device not unlike one you'd plug into a wall or car. He got up and thought about what he said to Sarah, figuring this wasn't really 'mischievous' just slightly less honest.
"John, what do you think you're doing exactly! Get back in your seat this ins-" The teacher stopped mid-sentence, confused and than ignorant of the situation. John had plugged the variation of his device into the wall and it instantly started spreading it's pheromones, giving the whole class an instant case of John-centered amnesia. He yawned and looked at every student's test, copying it for his own until he got bored and realized there was an easier way. Looking through his teachers papers, he found the answer sheet and copied them directly, making sure to get some wrong so he wasn't too suspicious. Finally he placed his test in the answer bin.
The sound of running nearby caught his attention. Peaking out the door, was young miss Carol running through the halls.
She didn't have a hallpass, did she have her own cologne too, John thought, chuckling to himself as he took a pass and yelled at the teacher that he'd be out. She scratched her ears and ignored him.
"Oh, right I forgot you cannot really hear me either. Laters." He crept out of the door and slowly pursued Carol.
