Joan and Katie were thrilled to hop about from shop to shop, carrying bags of clothes and frivolously purchasing all the bright, energetic and exciting fashions they could find. They sat down at a food court nearby and decided to take a break.
"Wow this is so much fun Katie, if you would have told me that shopping was this fun I would have gone ages ago!" Joan chirped.
"I didn't even know until today!" Katie said, sipping her smoothie. She was positively gleaming with glee at how giddy she was, feeling like just coming to the mall was making her feel a thousand times more energetic and peppy. The only problem was her and Joan had just exhausted themselves shopping, how much longer could they spree? It almost made her think that a bigger posse or clique would be preferable.
Coincidentally, a nearby assortment of outcasted individuals, gushing over a new retro game they just bought and talking about going to a retail tech store next found themselves rather different. They sure were glad to have bought the newsy Pop CDs and trendy makeup though.
"Hello, are you girls shopping too?" Katie asked with Joan as they approached the squad of newly remolded teenyboppers.
