John looks through his collection of items and discovers a small gps unit. Now if he could figure out a way to tune it to recieve the very specific signal...

John looked at the device, a gps unit combined with a headband as a source and a small dish to take in signals from the outside and filter out normal radiations. Tailoring it to ignore penny radiation, he would find the other headbands!
But what would he do then??
