Only Wendy did not understand what was going on. She was under his sway because of the red Lock. Normally, Noah would be kinder and more understanding to a girl in her position. This was not a normal circumstance. They forced him into this. He did notice that none of the other girls had been around her since then. Wendy was probably just their fall girl to get back at him for what he had done to one of their girl friends. When their plan to trap him with a bond failed, they dumped her and went on with their lives. That was not a good situation to be in. Noah did not care about it a single bit though. She was a fellow Lock and therefore very dangerous to him. If it was not her, he would be the one under her complete and total control. Who knows what she and all the other female bullies would have him do? Noah certainly did not want to think about it. Wendy looked ready to cry. It took the band a few minutes to get her out of the room and lock the door with her outside. Once that was all over with, they were able to go back to jamming. The advisor came down and hour later to dismiss them.
Making Wendy leave took quite a bit. The advisor argued back and forth with her for over ten minutes. The band saw this through the glass window there. Noah and the others decided to keep playing. It was pretty fun for them to do. When they finally got a sobbing Wendy to leave, they came in and told them it was time to go. The band had been anticipating this for quite a while. They were ready to go. Noah, Maroon and Cinnabar walked home. The trio ran into Tony, Greg and a few of their cronies. They all were quickly surrounded by the pack of bullies. There were no words before they started trying to attack them. It was intense and it was clear they were trying to injure them. Being trained in self-defense, they were not going to go down without a real fight from them. They knocked out a couple of the cronies to get through the gap in the small circle. They were chased for a bit before they gave up. Noah, Maroon and Cinnabar were bruised and breathing very heavy. None of them thought that they would be attacked so soon. Things were heated. Once they got home, his mom transferred him.
Very quickly, he had to adjust to life in another school. There were obvious pros and cons to this. One con was that he was now isolated from his friends. Noah was not a very introverted person. He liked talking to his friends and bandmates. He was not able to play his prized guitar. On the other side, he was now a new kid that no one knew. That included the fact that he was a Lock. He could fly under the radar. Maroon and Cinnabar were not a freak accident resulting from his powers, but his identical triplet brothers. That was really good. Another con was that people had already gotten into the swing of things with their classes. Noah was not a star student, but he had a Lock. It was his natural powers that made him more popular the more that he could sleep around. Being in a band also made him well liked among the school. Now that he was the new kid, Noah was starting back at zero again. He was going to have to keep his nose in the books to keep up with them. Maroon and Cinnabar were his clones, so they had just as much aptitude and knowledge as Noah did. It was pretty tough.
