He had experimented with magic, and finally built a glass orb that would do his bidding. It floated, imbued with energy tailored to his purposes. Floating above the table, it would seek out at his command women, and using its powers transform them into mindless slaves to pantyhose and nylon.
- Any girl wearing nylons would be converted quickly, and her mind absorbed by the orb.
- Any girl wearing socks would have her socks transformed into pantyhose.
- Any girl not wearing anything on her feet would have her mind converted into fabric and formed into her first pair of hose.
Their first pair of hose would then be able to convert nearby girls through content with their hosiery or socks.
John's vision was for a world of mindless women who only wear hose.
The orb took off at lightening pace when he said "Go..."
"No! come back!" but it was gone.
"Damn it I only had once chance to do that right!" John said, knowing the uniqueness of the orb, and having no way to track it. "Well, I hope it works right, maybe it running on autopilot will work too?"
He then turned back to his desk and turned on the tv to the news while he went back to his research, hoping the news would give a clue to where it went.
But for now, we turn to an actual hero for our story. Paul woke up the morning not expecting much to happen. Some school, then going to work at the bagel restaurant a bit, then homework and sleep again.
What he didn't expect was to walk downstairs and see his sister staring at a green orb floating in their living room.
His parents had already left, but Sherry his sister was standing in her socks and jeans and a tshirt in front of the couch.
Pa...paul...help me..." She said, and he stared for a moment before seeing the glow from the orb was surrounding his sister. The light strengthened as she said "I must become perfect." and then "No...no no no nooooo..." as a ghostly form of herself shot from her eyes and became sucked into the orb.
Before it could fly away, Paul threw a blanket over it and held it down, turning to look at his sister, noticing her socks were gone...no...she was wearing tan pantyhose? He could have sworn she was wearing socks...
He shoved the orb in a old decorative trunk and slammed the lid.
