After the kiss, he tried to clear his head. "What am I doing? I have to get her back." He tried to grab the stone, but Jenny kept her hold on it.
"I'm so confused!" yelled Jenny. "I remember we're married but I also remember you with Lorraine! But she's your ex, isn't she? You had two children with her... I mean Biff is so nice and we get along great but he's not really mine.
Of course, realized Gary. Anyone who hears the wish--including the person making the wish--doesn't forget the old reality. So Jenny couldn't have just forgotten the way it was before, at least not completely.
