Thankfully, they manage to make it back to Jon's house without any issues. Now, they both sit on the edge of Jon's bed thinking about what to do about the skull.
"So the old man said it's on you for a week..." Jon said, as he trailed off into his own thoughts.
"Yeah." said Karyn, who was also quietly thinking about the Skull.
"Alright." Jon said, breaking the silence between the two. He got off the bed and walked in front of Karyn, ready to share his thoughts. "So I think I have a plan on how to prevent any disasters during the week."
"Now hold on there Jon-Boy. This isn't just some problem we have to deal with for a week. We can still have some fun with this we just have to think carefully before we do it." Karyn shared, readying herself for an argument with Jon.
"Come on Karyn! You can't say that nothing will go wrong with you wearing that during school." argued Jon.
"And we have an entire weekend until we do go to school, so let's save your disaster prep for the end of the weekend and have some actual fun with this necklace!" Karyn said, hammering her point home.
"Alright, alright." Jon conceded, he'd rather not argue about this. Plus she had a point, they did have a whole weekend ahead of them, there was no harm in having a little fun, right? "So, I'm assuming you have an idea on what you want to do with that thing?"
Karyn grinned in response. "Jon-Boy, you know me too well."
