"Fred Orr" is actually a name from a fantasy novel. Unfortunately I didn't take notes when I ran across it and Google is not helpful.
Also, when the name was first used here someone had him be Sarah's younger brother. Apparently whoever posted that forgot that Sarah had a last name, but people have used the idea anyway and explained it in various ways (stepbrother, separated parents, etc.)
