He was just a head

Jon realized quickly that he no longer had a body at all. His head and neck were now attached to a small device. He assumed it kept him alive and allowed him to talk.
"What did you do with my body?" Jon asked.
"Well," the mad scientist said. "I did find a use for your body. I took it, and used it to complete another experiment of mine. Good bodies are not always easy to find, you know." He laughed.
"What happens to me now?"
"Well, you are now a part of this, so, I can attach your body to something else, leave it this way, or reattach it to your body. However, I would expect you to deliver me another body in your place. But, for right now, you can see what I have done with your body. Do you wish to see?"
