Jon and Scarlett walked to where the set was and a group of people immediately surrounded him and started to attach wires to him.
"Jon, you're cutting it short." one man said to him as he gave a yank on one of the wires to ensure it was secure.
"Make me look good." Scarlett said as she gave Jon a kiss on his cheek and walked away with a wink and a grin. Jon blushed immediately and watched her walk away in a stupor.
"Makeup!" someone yelled, and then Jon felt a powder puff patting his cheeks, and mumbled a "sorry."
A balding man in a button up shirt and a pair of headphones around his neck walked over to Jon with a script in his hand.
"Alright, Jon. On Action, you're turning Ninety Degrees, firing off a few rounds in this direction there, there will be a POP, and a fireball right here in front of you, we're going to pull you up and back to that pad over there, while a few more fireballs go off about.... there, there and right there. You know what to do, just make it look good." Joss Whedon said, to Jon's fanboy shock.
Joss, the Director, then walked away, Yelled "Quiet on the Set!" which was then repeated by three other people, he then said Places, and Jon knew he was talking to him, and Jon then got into position, as he was just Directed.
"Action!" Joss yelled and much to Jon's amazement, the movements were fluid and felt natural to him. He turned, pulling the guns from their holsters, pointed, fired seven quick shots before a fireball exploded between him, and the camera, and then he was pulled off his feet and saw a couple other explosions, before he landed on the pad.
"Cut!" Joss yelled again, "Jon that was perfect!" he said as Jon pulled himself to his heeled feet. A group of the stunt people were clapping and Jon waved them off with a smile. He felt really good about himself, being a Stunt man was pretty cool he thought for a second before remembering he was closer to a Stunt woman at the moment.
"Reset, we're going to shoot that again!" Joss yelled as everyone moved in to reset the stunt. Jon could see Scarlett off to the side of the set grinning at him and he couldn't help but feel proud to be helping her look good in the movies.
