The last hour had been delightful for Jon, or as he would be known from now on, the new Penelope. He, or rather she, sat in her stolen office and stolen body while the former Penelope Dearheart sat sat across from her in her old body. It was taking all of her self control not to immediately begin exploring her new form physically; Penelope Dearheart was gorgeous and she was eager to experiment with all the new sensations that came with her new body. However for the moment she needed to stick to the plan; she could have plenty of fun later.
So instead she crossed her new nylon clad legs and continued to listen intently while occasionally scribbling down a few notes. (It made her giddy to see the original Penelope's loopy cursive handwriting appear on the page, apparently her muscle memory transferring the handwriting.) For the last hour as they waited for school to begin, Penelope had been plumbing the old Penelope, now Jon Gibson for information on her new life. The new boy had been reluctantly walking her through her day to day duties, agenda for the day, and a few key biographical details. With the prodding of Penelope's stone granted hypnotic voice, the old counselor was compelled to share even rather private information.
"I see, and what are your petnames for Siobahn?" Penelope asked, knowing that her new fiance would be the person most likely to spot something wrong, at least for the moment. Jon scrunched his face before reluctantly admitting, "I call her honeybear sometimes or just sweetie, or sometimes hot lips but only when we're in private." The same twisted feeling of joy Penelope felt at taking this body came to her with each detail she learned. "Good to know, just be sure to call her Ms. Finley from now on. You don't want to get in trouble for being inappropriate."
Penelope twisted her engagement ring slightly, seemingly just readjusting it but in actuality rubbing it in Jon's face a little bit. "I think I've got a good bit of information to get started with. We've covered my agenda for the week, pin, identification numbers, address all that sort of stuff..." Penelope drawled. "Of course we'll need to keep meeting until we can figure out what made us switch, but I think we have enough to make it through the day, and it's almost time for you to get to homeroom." They'd spent much less time going over Jon's life, but he did have his class schedule and a quick overview of where he sat, plus the names of his family and where he lived.
Jon looked reluctant to go but still sat up and grabbed his new backpack; he desperately wanted to figure out how to switch back, but after talking with Penelope he'd been convinced they needed to keep up appearances. With a hesitant nod he made his way out of the office and headed for Ms. Nakahara's classroom. At least Julie Nakahara was a friend so hopefully homeroom wouldn't go too poorly.
As the door closed behind Jon, Penelope let out a squeel of glee, running her hands down her new body. She loved the feeling of the soft sweater fabric against her new skin, and couldn't wait to peel it off and see what lay underneath. However, for the moment she got up and walked across the office, swishing her skirt happily as she did. They'd spent some of their time having Jon teach her to walk in heels, and with her body's muscle memory it came easily. Her hips swayed perfectly back and forth as the new woman made her way over to the Headmistress, Ms. Lafayette's office.
Once she got there, she waved at the secretary, Patricia Levine, before leaning her head in to see Ms. Lafayette. "Marianne, I just wanted to remind you I'll be needing to see Sarah McMillan and Zoe Gibson during first period, if you could have Patricia call them on the PA." Penelope's mesmerizing voice had the headmistress nodding along, "Of course, Penelope, I'll make sure they're there. Penny gave a cheerful wave before sweeping out of the office, internally thrilling at treating her former principal as a peer. With a confidence she'd never possessed as Jon, she strutted her way back towards her office, eager to begin her plan in earnest.
