"Let's go for Karyn." Jon snapped instantly upon hearing the question.

Of course Jon would go for the only person who hated him of their own free will, Josh mused, but she had been given only Roger's take on it, and she deserved to know both sides, and that it was easily reversible. Plus, Roger probably wished for the minds of everybody but him and Jon to be more easily malleable by him and particularly obstinate to Jon.
"Ok then, to the ladies' house we go, double-time. I can probably block out whatever Roger did to her." he finally said, hoping Roger wasn't already there to interfere and make him beat up the selfish little bugger.

They jogged to Karyn's house, and Josh and Jon climbed up the drainage pipe to Karyn's window, which was oddly open. Jon clambered inside as stealthily as he could manage, while Josh jumped up, caught the lip of the roof and swung silently through the window, and landed on his feet with a quiet skidding noise from the carpet. Karen's room was business as usual, thought Jon, other than her hating me, nothing in here is different. It was a good sign. "Well this should be easy," murmured Josh to Jon," now is there any chalk or a pencil around here? I don't wanna have to inflict structural damage in this room."

Jon found some chalk from Karyn's little chalkboard in the corner, where she kept her reminders. Josh than walked in a circle around the room, marking a large circle on each of the walls, finally kneeling in the center of the room and drawing a circle in the middle of the room, and drawing an odd symbol which looked like a more complicated Seal of Orichalcos, ending in what made it look like a closed eye in linear form."Time to wait for the target." Josh said tapping his fingers together in a steeple, evil genius style.

They didn't have to wait for long.

Karyn strode in and tossed her bag down on the bed, taking her shoes off. About the time she finished, she spotted Jon, and her face turned red."What are you doing here? I told you I never wanted to see your vile ass again!" Karyn spat, getting up close to Jon and poking him in the chest in anger. Jon stared back at her, equally defiant of her hatred of him. Then suddenly from the corner of the room, "Should I let you two have a room for a few minutes? I promise not to peeeeeeeeeek~." Josh said in a mocking singsong voice. Then he slammed his hand down on the circle he had drawn in the middle of the room and Jon felt some kind of weird pressure lift from him, while he felt a new pressure on his ears. When Josh lifted his hand, the seal had changed into what now looked like an open eye in a crystalline pattern.

"Who is he, and how the fuck did you guys get in here and why?" Karyn asked, out of steam for some odd reason."Hi, I'm Josh, and I'm here to remove that little creep Roger's hand from your thoughts and emotions. He manipulated you into wording that wish, and decided himself what your reaction would be to it. This circle should block out the effects of any wish made specifically to your person in a non-benevolent manner."

"still, I know what Jon did was wrong, and..." Karyn trailed off, unable to think of what to say. "Jon has already confessed his remorse to Roger, and Roger has never even considered trying to work a way around the wish, or wish for the wish to and all subsequent wishes to have a time limit, so the reason this farce has gotten to this point is Roger's selfishness. Jon only wanted to help his mom, and has agreed to change things back to normal once this is over."Josh offered, emphasizing with his hands in a manner which had no real pattern but somehow made total sense.

Karyn acquiesced, "But It does mean I have a reason to get Roger back and help our friends. So, first things first, Jon."

Jon looked at Karyn, uncertain what was going to happen next.

"I forgive you, so long as you keep your promise. Now, Mister Stop-the-stone-with-a-chalk-drawing-crazy man, Why are you here and how the hell are you doing this?"
