Jon woke up the next morning and yawned. He hadn't had much sleep, thinking about the stone. He needed to make one big wish, one that would be the best wish ever.
Turning on his computer, Jon looked at his emails. One, from his friend Chad, caught his eye.

Jon opened the attachment which was a picture. The picture was of Jennifer Aniston, who was someone who Jon, shall we say, had a thing for. But this picture was a bit different. Her head had been stuck onto the body of a male bodybuilder. Jon laughed out loud. Then he had an idea.
He held out the stone.
"I wish I had the power to swap parts of peoples bodies between two people. The two people concerned would not realise that body parts had been swapped and would think that they had always been that way."
The stone glowed.
Jon looked out of the window, eager to find someone to test it on, but there was no-one nearby. Just then, he heard his sister, Zoe, getting up.
Jon thought of his sister and of the picture of Jennifer Aniston on the computer. "Swap bodies below the neck" he thought. There was a flash, and Jennifer Aniston's head was now on the body of his sister, alarmingly wearing only a pair of orange speedos. Jon opened the door to see his sister, wearing a black nightdress, her new muscly arms plainly visible. The dress was very tight, showing off her new abs, and he could see a bulge in her panties from her new cock.
Jon stifled a laugh.
"What's up with you, loser?" said Zoe before going into the bathroom for a pee with her new appendage.
Jon grinned widely from ear to ear. This was going to be fun!
