Jon met up with Karyn the following morning and saw right away she had three breasts. It seemed that a new one had grown in between her usual two, and it was just as big as her wish altered pair.
Karyn huffed and said in an exasperated tone, "For fuck's sake Jon, could you PLEASE stop staring at my tits all the time?"
"Holy shit Karyn," Jon stammered, "You grew a third boob!"
"Yeah, like a while ago, what is wrong with you lately? You're even spacier than normal."
"Karyn, you did NOT have three yesterday."

"I made a wish that..." Jon stopped as he realized he was about to admit to his perverted drunken wish being responsible for mutating Karyn.
"And? What did you wish?" Karyn asked with gritted teeth.

"Jon you friggin moron! No wonder the stone couldn't help me or provide any answers when me and the other girls started to change. The open ended stupid wish you made last night must have rippled backwards through time or something. We gotta fix this!"

Jon sat with the now ordinary rock in her hand and muttered to Jon, "This is getting serious Jon, the five are striking whole sections of cities now! Your wish is hurting thousands of people! We gotta let someone know how all this started, maybe they can do something."
Jon just raised an eyebrow and replied "Maybe you're the one who is high Karyn. Who would we tell? And what would we tell them, that we caused the Infamous Five with a magical wishing stone that just stopped working?"
Karyn thought for a minute, "Okay...umm...Maybe your stupid wish transferred the stone's magic power into whatever the Infamous Five are using to change people. And THAT item is now out of range of the stone making it not work. Maybe if we got close to them, the stone would be in range of it's magic again and start working."
"Wait Karyn, are you suggesting we get close to maniacs with DNA changing technology so that MAYBE our stone might work?"
