Jon may not have thought the boots through, sure they were sexy. But he didn't have the legs for it. Or the wardrobe. Or really much of anything. Jon wanted to savour the experience. He decided to try and see if Karyn wanted to go shopping.
The food court was busy. Jon grabbed a burger after waving to Karyn. He got his food and sat down.
"Did it take you so long because you wore the most ridiculous shoes you own?" Karyn looked a little annoyed.
"No, I helped a tourist couple find their way. I think they'll find each other the perfect fit now." Jon enjoyed the joke it himself a little too much.
"Well, I was worried you'd stiffed me." Karyn took a sip from the smoothie she'd bought. "So what's the plan."
"Well, I kind of want to go shopping." Jon looked about the Food court, no one jumped out and screamed, swap me.
"IF you say shoes I'll kill myself, you have enough at home." Karyn went from annoyed to miserable.
"Well, I guess not then. Let's just go take a look." Jon took the last bite of his burger.
Karyn sighed. "You better atleast buy something."
"Come on, stop whining this will be fun."
The mall they were in contained a large shoe store, it wasn't exclusively women's but it was certainly the emphasis. Jon went aisle by aisle, browsing. He found a cute pair of ankle boots that would work better with his jeans. He found a measure.
"You don't remember your shoe size?" Karyn suddenly put two and two together. "Those aren't your feet. Are they the tourists?"
"No, just some woman. I liked the boots but they're a bit much." Jon gestured to the boots laying beside him.
"So all these shopping trips never happened. That's really weird, though it's also weird you got pedicures and treated your feet so femininely but nothing else."
Jon finished measuring his feet and went and found the size that should fit him. He tried the boots on. Just some beige heeled boots. Though with a four inch heel they pushed Jon into the very tall category.
"Those at least make sense when you're wearing jeans." Karyn pointed to the boots. "Those make sense never. Who did you even find them on?"
"Just some woman, she worked them a lot better then I did."
"I hope so, So is that the plan for the day, you make yourself a woman?"
"It seemed like enough fun. Why got a problem with that?"
"No, but you're not ending up looking like a stripper, if you want to be a woman for a bit at least look like one, not a trash heap." Karyn shrugged "This will atleast be an interesting day."
"Well then madame, let's really go shopping." Jon smirked.
"give me the stone, we're doing this my way though." Karyn gave Jon a wicked smile.
