My little sister Zoe was getting ready to go to school. I called to her, "Zoe, come here." Sure enough, she came immediately, although she looked confused. "What is it?" she said. I closed the door as she came inside. It's time to start experimenting
"Zoe, jump." Zoe started to jump up and down. "What is happening?" Zoe said slightly panicked, "I can't stop." I smiled; it's safe to say it works. Now, to test what I could do with this power.
"Zoe, stop jumping. Zoe, grow your hair out until it reaches the floor in five seconds." Zoe's hair was fairly short, not even to her shoulders. Immediately, her hair began to grow really fast until it hit the floor. Zoe grabbed her hair, too shocked to say anything. When the hair was lifted off the ground, it began to grow again until it hit the floor. That's interesting; I learned two things: 1) I can command a person to do things that aren't usually possible and 2) the command continues until I give another command to stop it. .
"Jon, wha... How?"
"Don't worry about it. Zoe, ignore the last command about the hair growing. Zoe, lift your hair off the floor." As she lifted her, it didn't grow longer. "Good. Zoe, cut your hair to the same style you had before you entered the room, then after you cut it, Zoe, ignore that last command." Zoe found some scissors and started to cut her hair perfectly to her previous style without even looking at a mirror.
"This is actually pretty cool," Zoe said as she finished cutting her hair, "What else can you do?"
"Lots of stuff, but you won't be able to remember any of it. I'll give you a present before you go. Zoe, grow your hair one inch every three hours. Also, Zoe, every time you cut your hair, grow your hair twice as fast. Have fun with that one. Last, Zoe, forget everything that happened since you entered my room."
"Why did you call me?" Zoe said, "And why do you have all of this hair in your room?"
"No reason, you can go finish getting ready."
"Weirdo," she said as she walked out the room.
Oh yes, this will be a very fun day.
