A different Magic Wand

When Jon got up in the morning, he immediately looked over to the stone where he left it on his desk. There was only one problem: it wasn't there! In its place was some dumb blue wand.' 
It was a simple blue stick, slightly wider at one end than the other. Around the widest part, there was some glitter stuff. Jon ran over to his desk an picked up the wand. Then, everything changed.
