Jon never would have wished it normally. But it was a stable time loop. He made a wish which would, much later, force him to travel back in time and make the very same wish, keeping the time loop going. And it also forced him to make the second wish:
"I wish that in a few minutes I would turn into a single egg cell in my mother of this time, and will be born as my younger twin sisters Mindy and Wendy. I wish that Mindy and Wendy won't remember being me at first but will gradually regain their memories."
It was a strange wish. It would also be very inconvenient, but at least he wouldn't find himself bored as a baby--he wouldn't remember, at least not for a while. He'd just be a child, who'd have to grow up over the next 15 years. Two children, actually; Jon knew that identical twins started as a single cell. But it was strange to think that his sisters weren't really his sisters, just himself caught in a time loop.
Quickly Jon looked around for a suitable hiding place for the stone. It would have to stay hidden for many years if he ever hoped to get it once he remembered, and not make this a worse disaster than it already was. Finally he said "I wish I'm in the attic."
It was dark and Jon tossed the stone into a corner. Even if someone saw it, they'd just think it was a normal rock and leave it there. He sat down, wondering how long it would be before it started and how long before he started to remember. Maybe the fact that they had started to remember explained why once his sisters had...
But Jon's thought cut off. Nine months later, Jon's mother gave birth to two healthy babies who would be part of 2 year old Jon's family.
