"Oh Jon thank you so much!" Karyn squealed as she ran over and hugged him again, which was somewhat less embarrassing than last time for him "I thought I'd be stuck like that forever!"
"Just remember, everyone still thinks you were always blonde with, um, enhancements. You'll have to think of some excuse."
"Oh easy, I'll just tell them that I've dyed my hair and been stuffing my bra or something, come on, the bus just got here." Karyn dragged Jon to the bus, back to her normal happy self as he hurriedly crammed the rose stone back into his pocket.
They day passed pretty much without incident, a couple of people remarked on Karyn's sudden change in appearance (or so they thought), but most people didn't seem to care. Queen Bitch, Sarah McMillan, however was another story, as soon as she saw Karyn's red hair and smaller breasts she immediately started spreading rumours about how she'd always been a redhead and only dyed her hair and stuffed her bra to seem normal when she was actually a freak. As with all schools, people heard the rumour, but could not care less, after all, who actually cared what colour hair some random girl had? "Shame about those tits though" was a thought going around most of the males at the school though.
Karyn and Jon practically ran off the bus and up to Jon's room, yelling "Mum I'm home!" as they pelted upstairs.
Once in Jon's room Karyn took up her usual lying on Jon's bed with her feet resting annoyingly on his desk, forcing Jon to sit in the swivel chair.
