Jon was wondering what exactly he should do with the stone. He could make world peace, feed the hungry, even destroy the world. The fate of the entire UNIVERSE was in the palm of his hand. Jon then realised he wasn't skillful in the magic category. Well, sure he played as wizards and magical characters in video games but he was sure they knew more about magic than he did. And if he just wished for magic knowledge, who knows? His brain could explode from too much information for all he knew. He decided on his wish.
