When Mark came to he found himself bound tightly, unable to move.
"Oh, good," said Joan. "You're awake. Just in time to meet the new me."
Joan grasped the wishing rock. "I wish to be an Ultimistress, where an Ultimistress is someone who can exert complete, irresistible control over anything human, part human, formerly human, formerly part of a human or in any way affecting a human. An Ultimistress knows instinctively everything alterable through this power. Further, I wish I can recognize Fem-Masters and any other Ultimistresses on sight and strip their powers with a thought, and I wish to be immune to Fem-Masters' and other Ultimistresses' abilities. Finally"--and here Joan smiled a touch savagely--"I wish to be the only person, being, or other entity capable of touching or using this rock, and that I can recall it to my hand with a thought, wherever it is."
No sooner had Joan made her wishes than Mark felt a tremor pass through him, and somehow he knew he was no longer a Fem-Master.
"Now, Mark. Let's put the body you were hoping for in this room, shall we?"
Mark felt himself changing, shrinking. He felt weak, and even stationary as he was the weight on his chest became almost unbearable, while he could tell it would be unpleasant to walk with his huge new butt.
"Well, I'm off. Got to fix your messes."
